Surface grinding of port faces and housings are carried out in-house prior to assembly
All lapping is carried out in house. We have several lapping machines installed capable of lapping both flat and spherical surfaces. Surface flatness is carefully monitored and lapped parts are ultrasonically cleaned to ensure that any residual lapping fluid is removed prior to assembly.
